Picture this – It’s a comfortable summer evening when      you have invited your friends to the patio to have a nice BBQ session. The grill is hot and it’s the beginning of a perfect evening.

There are many BBQ suppliers who offer top-quality products for buyers. The key to a successful BBQ evening lies not only in the expertise of the cook but also in the quality of the appliances used. Get in touch with a reputed BBQ supplier as and when you decide to make a purchase.

BBQs often tempt us to consume food and beverages which are generally hard to digest and difficult to burn off. Instead of the regular grilled meats, fatty sauces, and beer, what happens if you want to eat healthily? Luckily, we present some healthy recipes for you to use in your next BBQ.

1. Herb salmon in foil with baba ghanoush

To prepare this dish, you need to cut the eggplant into cubes and marinate it in garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Fry the cubes in a pan until they appear golden brown. Subsequently, place them in a bowl and puree them with a blender. Sesame paste should be used to season it, along with two tablespoons of lemon juice and crème fraîche. Each salmon fillet should be placed on a separate sheet of aluminum foil, coated with olive oil. They should then be seasoned with rosemary, dill, lemon zest, and oregano. Finally, seal the foil to form packets and place them on the grill for about 15 minutes and you’re done.

2. Grilled thyme and rosemary asparagus with goat’s cheese cream

This preparation is simple to make and requires 500 g of green asparagus, olive oil, salt and pepper, thyme, rosemary, 1 container of crème fraîche, goat’s cheese, and sunflower seeds. Start by washing the asparagus and cut off the woody end at the bottom. Coat the asparagus with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary before grilling it for 15 minutes. Lastly, the crème fraîche and goat’s cheese should be combined to form a cream to be served along with the asparagus.

3. Vegan patty with homemade burger bun and sweet potato and carrot fries

To start, dissolve the yeast together with 3 tablespoons of sugar in warm water or soy milk. Next, create a hole in the middle after placing the flour in a bowl. The dissolved yeast should be poured into the mixture and left for 10 minutes. Finally, you should add the rest of the sugar, salt, and margarine to the dough. After making ten equal-sized balls from the dough, it should be spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper before being flattened. They should then be covered for 20 minutes until they reach twice their original size. Lastly, brush the buns with soy milk or water and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Conclusion

To avoid cold patches in cooked food, one should go for a BBQ grill from reputed brands such as Saber and Kamado Joe. These grills are constructed using the finest materials such as non-magnetic 304 stainless steel which can last a lifetime.
