Erykah Badu teamed up with Cookies founder Berner in order to introduce her very own strain, "That Badu." The music icon, entrepreneur and Mad Cow Genetics crossbreed is described as an aromatic citrus fragrance that "just helps you get through the day without feeling overexposed."
Cookie storefronts' launch event for the collaboration will take place on International Women's Day (8 March) and feature Badu's range of products. These include ceramic rolling-trays and bongs featuring blue-andwhite designs that are inspired by ancient Qinghua-style ceramics.

Badu's brand vision was fully realized from the research and testing to the packaging design. All of her products are decorated with a purple and white motif reminiscent Chinese Qinghua ceramics. Together, the two collaborated to create a piece that celebrates cannabis' beauty and ritual.
As part their partnership, Badu is releasing their first cannabis cultivar. A cross between Lemonchello Gelato and Jet Fuel Gelato. Available as eighths and in pre-rolls across California at all Cookies and Lemonnade shops beginning March 8th.
